Dentist complimented my gum health at my checkup which never happens for me. I think the big change was the pressure feedback, I used to scrub way too hard. My kid has braces and the different modes help him clean around the brackets without pain. We keep the soft head for him and I use the medium. Cleans fine but the travel case is a bit bulkier than I wanted and the mode light is small. Also wish the handle came in more colors, mine shows water spots.
