How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

I have braces on my lower teeth and was nervous it would be too strong, but the soft head and sensitive mode glide around the brackets without snagging. The timer pulses keep me from rushing and I like that it remembers my last setting. The battery lasts way longer than my old brush that needed a stand constantly plugged in. I was skeptical about the different modes but ended up using three of them regularly. Gentle for mornings, Clean after lunch if I’m home, and the stronger one on Sundays before I floss deep. The pressure feedback trained me to stop grinding the brush along my gum line. After a month I noticed my tea stains are less obvious and my mouth just feels fresher between meals.
