After a month of daily use I can say my gums bleed less and my breath stays fresher in the morning. I use the soft head and the gentle mode most nights, then switch to the polish mode before meetings. The pressure indicator is bright enough to notice without being annoying. I bought this after my dentist said I was brushing too hard and honestly it fixed that right away. The pressure sensor blinks at me when I push too much, so I lighten up and keep going. I like having five modes, but I mostly use gentle in the morning and a stronger one at night. Battery has gone almost three weeks on the first charge.
