Shipping was fast and the packaging was simple, not a ton of plastic which I appreciate. I’ve been using it for braces and wow it gets under the brackets where food hides. The handle is grippy even with wet hands. I had one moment where I sprayed the mirror like a rookie, but once you lean over the sink it’s fine. Battery indicator seems accurate too.

I travel for work Monday to Thursday and needed something compact. The pouch fits the unit and charger neatly, and it hasn’t leaked in my suitcase yet. Battery life has been about 6 days for me on medium power. I like that I can rotate the nozzle in my left hand because my right wrist aches sometimes. Only thing is I refill the tank once per session but that’s fine.
