I have sensitive gums on cold mornings and the soft head with sensitive mode has been kind. By night I switch to standard and feel that squeaky clean finish. The pressure cue blinked at me a lot the first few days and now not so much, so I guess I learned. Happy with the simple charger setup and the quiet motor.

The five modes sound like a gimmick but they are actually useful. I use polish mode before meetings and gentle when my gums are a bit sore from flossing.
