Ordered it right before a weekend trip and it arrived the day before, which was perfect. I like that it includes soft, medium, and firm heads because my husband and I prefer different feels. He uses the firm one and I stick to soft for my gums. The cleaning is strong without rattling my whole skull like my old sonic brush used to. The pressure indicator blinked a few times at first but now I barely trigger it. Solid four stars because I wish it came in more colors.
