What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

What surprised me is how gentle it feels while still making my mouth feel super polished. The pressure alert is subtle but effective, it blinks and I lighten up. Timer helps me hit all quadrants evenly and I actually floss more now since it feels like part of the routine. Battery went through a long weekend camping trip no problem. I’m not big on modes but the whitening one before a date night is nice.

My son has sensory issues and usually hates vibration, but the soft head on gentle mode has been acceptable for him which is huge. The two minute timer helps him structure the routine. We charge it maybe every 2 or 3 weeks. Really happy with it.
