My gums are sensitive so I started with the soft head and gentle mode. After a week my mouth felt cleaner without that sore feeling I used to get from manual brushing. The handle is comfortable and the button layout is simple enough that I can switch modes mid brush. I did notice the vibration tickles a bit at first but I adjusted quickly. I tried a couple other sonic brushes before and they were either too aggressive or had complicated apps that I never used. This one just gives me a few modes and a clear pressure light and that’s all I need. I noticed less soreness in my gums after about a week of using the softer mode. The travel case came with me on a work trip and nothing rattled around which was great. Charging once every couple weeks has been my pattern and no issues yet.
