What order should I use them in?

How do they charge?
The brush drops onto its magnetic dock. The flosser tops up over USB and runs for weeks per charge.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the drive systems, sensors, and the charging dock, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

Shipping was quick and everything arrived intact. I tried all five modes just to see and ended up sticking with clean for mornings and whitening twice a week. The soft head surprised me by cleaning well without that scratchy feel. It stands nicely on the counter and wipes clean easily.
