Customer service was kind when I asked about the different heads and which to start with. They suggested soft for a week then move to medium, and that worked well. The timer pulses nudge me to move around my mouth and I actually follow it most days. Only tiny gripe is the indicator light is a bit small in bright bathroom lighting, but you get used to where it is. Overall I’m brushing better with less effort.
