Switched from an older electric brush that shook like crazy and made my hand numb. This one has a smoother vibration and the heads are softer. Setup took like a minute and I was brushing. My teen borrowed it and said the timer made him actually brush the full time. Only tiny thing is I wish the charging cable was a bit longer, but it charges fast and holds for weeks.

My 10 year old was scared it would be too buzzy but now he asks for the beepy toothbrush. We use the gentlest mode for him and I use the stronger one. The timer is the real hero because he finally brushes long enough. I clean the handle under the tap and it hasn’t had any weird issues. Haven’t contacted support because nothing to fix, which is exactly how I like it.

Got this for my dad who has sensitive teeth and arthritis in his hands. The buttons are easy to press and the handle isn’t slippery. He likes the soft head and the gentle buzz which doesn’t make his teeth ache. I tried it myself on the deep clean mode and it was strong but not uncomfortable. Happy to see him brushing longer because the built in timer sort of coaches him along.

Shipping was quick and the packaging was simple to open which I appreciate. I’ve owned a few electric brushes and usually they feel too buzzy, but this one is smoother.
