I picked this up after my old electric quit on a business trip and it was a pleasant surprise. The case is sturdy and slides into my backpack pocket without rattling. I mainly use the standard mode but switch to gentle when my gums feel tender. The pressure light coached me out of my bad habit of pressing hard and my gums stopped bleeding after three days. I switched from a cheap battery toothbrush and the difference was big right away. The sonic vibration feels smooth and not harsh, and I like that I can tap through five modes without thinking.
