Customer service answered a quick question about replacement heads within an hour, which was nice. The brush itself is straightforward, a single button to cycle modes, and the battery indicator is clear. After two weeks I’m noticing less soreness around my gums and way fewer seeds stuck everywhere. Setup was basically charge, fill, and go. I like that it stands up on the counter without tipping. I bought this after my hygienist suggested trying a water flosser and I’m glad I did. The five pressure levels made it easy to start on low and slowly work up without hurting my gums. I have sensitive gums from braces years ago and usually electric brushes make me wince. The gentle mode here is actually gentle, and the pressure alert calms me down when I push. After three weeks I can floss without spotting blood. It also looks nice in matte black, if that matters to anyone.

My teen hates brushing and even she uses this one without fights. The modes make it feel kind of custom and she likes pressing the button to try different ones. I like that the pressure sensor keeps her from grinding her gums. Battery lasts through the week for both of us when we share it with different heads. Really convenient with the case for sleepovers.
