Customer service was solid when I asked about replacement heads. They answered within a day and pointed me to the right pack. In the meantime I’ve been testing all three included heads and settled on firm in the morning, soft at night. The handle feels balanced, not heavy or cheap. Overall it’s a small upgrade that makes me look forward to brushing.

This became part of our evening routine with the kids. I set it to gentle and let my 8 year old watch the pressure light so he learns how hard to push. He thinks the buzz is funny and actually brushes the full time now. I like the deep clean after BBQ nights because sauce and seeds get stuck everywhere. Battery life has been excellent with all of us using it.

I bought this for my mom who has sensitive gums and arthritis. The handle is easy for her to grip and the gentle mode doesn’t bother her at all. She likes that the pressure warning keeps her from pressing down when her hands are stiff. We charged it once on Sunday and it’s Thursday and still at full bars. She even used the travel case at her bingo night sleepover.

I travel for work and needed something that would hold a charge and not rattle around in my suitcase. The case on this is sturdy and the latch hasn’t popped open once. I use daily mode most of the time, then polish mode before meetings and my teeth feel super smooth. The pressure sensor blinked at me the first few days but now I barely trigger it. Overall it feels well made and easy to keep clean.

My old brush died and I grabbed this on a friend’s recommendation. Honestly I didn’t expect to notice much, but the first brush felt like a dental cleaning. The timer pulses every 30 seconds so I actually cover all four sections, and the handle texture keeps it from slipping when my hands are wet. I like that it tells me when I’m pressing too hard because I used to scrub like crazy.

Ordered on a Monday and it showed up Wednesday which was a nice surprise. The first charge took about three hours and it’s been running for over a week. I tried the massage mode after flossing and my gums felt calmer. Only thing I’d change is a grippier power button with wet hands.
