Shipping was fast and the packaging was simple which I appreciate. First brush felt a little ticklish but by day three I was used to it and noticed less plaque on my lower teeth. The timer makes me move around my mouth better than before. I would love darker color options but that is just cosmetic. Overall it’s a solid upgrade from my last sonic brush that needed an app for basics.
