I drink a lot of tea and used to feel a film on my teeth by afternoon. With this device that feeling is gone and my breath stays fresher longer. I mostly use the clean mode, but when my gums are cranky I switch to sensitive and it’s still effective. The handle is grippy even when wet, and the soft clicky buttons are easy. Battery life is long enough that I stopped worrying about it.

I’ve used a bunch of sonic brushes and this one sits in the sweet spot between power and comfort. The five modes are not confusing, I mostly use clean and sensitive. It’s quiet, my partner can sleep while I brush at 6 am. The battery lasted through a 10 day hike with no outlet and the case kept dirt out. One tiny nitpick is the indicator light is small, but it’s not a deal breaker.
