How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

I like that there’s no app to install. Just charge it, pick a mode, go. The pressure indicator taught my 9 year old to stop jamming the bristles into his gums, which has been a battle. The firm head is a bit too much for me, but my husband likes it, so the variety works for our family. I also appreciate that the handle stands upright and doesn’t tip over when the counter is wet.

I bought this after my old electric died and I wanted something straightforward. The five modes are legit useful because my front teeth are sensitive but I still want a deeper clean on the molars.
