Packaging was clean and not overdone, everything slotted neatly into the case. First charge took about three hours then I went a week and a half before plugging it back in. I like the way the bristles taper, especially on the soft head for my sensitive days before meetings. Pressure light flashed a couple times until I got used to holding it lighter.
