After switching from a cheaper brand I realized how much the rhythm of the vibrations matters. This one feels controlled and consistent, and the timer makes me actually do the full two minutes. I bought this for my dad who hates complicated gadgets. He figured it out in five minutes. The handle has a good weight and doesn’t feel cheap. He uses the standard mode while I tried the whitening and actually noticed a bit of brightness on my front teeth. We both like that it warns if you press too hard because he has receding gums. If you grind your teeth at night and wake up with sore gums, this helps. The pressure sensor trained me to be gentler in a few days. I like that the handle isn’t slippery and the head is small enough to reach behind my wisdom tooth area. The battery is still on the first charge after countless uses. It’s also quiet enough that my baby doesn’t wake up when I brush next to the crib. Big thumbs up.
