I had a small issue with a stuck cap on one brush head and support sent me a replacement pack right away. Using the soft head in the morning and firm at night works for me. It is quiet enough that my early routine does not wake my kid. The handle feels smooth but grippy when wet. Teeth feel squeaky clean after two minutes.
