Setup was literally taking it out of the box and clicking in a head. I appreciate the included soft, medium, and firm options since my front teeth are sensitive and the back molars need a bit more oomph. The timer helps me brush longer than I used to. I’ve got small hands and slippery handles bug me. This one has a simple grip that actually works, even when I’m half awake. The timer pulses keep me moving around my mouth instead of zoning out and scrubbing one spot. I tried the firm head and it was a bit much, swapped to soft and loved it. It charges by my bathroom outlet and the cord isn’t bulky, plus it hasn’t toppled off the shelf like my old base used to. Solid buy.

My teenager and I share the base and just swap heads since it came with soft, medium, and firm. She likes the soft head because of braces and I prefer the medium. The timer pulses make it easy to move quadrants and I actually brush for the full two minutes now. It’s quiet enough that I can brush while she’s still asleep. The charging stand is small so it fits on our tiny sink shelf, and the battery goes nearly a month for us.
