How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

I bought this after my hygienist told me I was brushing too hard. The pressure sensor flashes when I press, so I eased up and my gums feel better in a week. I rotate between clean and polish modes, and I like that it remembers the last one. The medium head is my go to, with the soft one on sore days. Battery life is great, I charged it on Sunday and it is still going on Friday. Simple, effective, no app to fiddle with.

I commute a lot and keep the travel case in my backpack. It’s sturdy and keeps the spare head clean, plus the battery easily lasts a full week away. I don’t need an app or extra screens, just the modes and the light when I push too hard. The handle has a nice matte grip that doesn’t feel slippery with toothpaste on it. Overall simple and it made brushing feel a bit more consistent for me.
