What order should I use them in?

How do they charge?
The brush drops onto its magnetic dock. The flosser tops up over USB and runs for weeks per charge.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the drive systems, sensors, and the charging dock, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

I’ve used electric brushes for years and this is the first one that didn’t make my gums angry. The sensor nudges me when I press too hard, which was my bad habit. I rotate soft in the morning and medium at night and the modes are easy to flip through. After two weeks my teeth feel smoother and my hygienist actually commented at my appointment.
