How do they charge?
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

Picked this up after my old electric died in the middle of vacation. This one packed easily and the battery held steady through the whole trip. I like that the pressure light taught my son not to mash the bristles, he treats it like a game to keep the light off. Medium head is our household favorite but I use firm when I have popcorn stuck. It’s simple, reliable, and feels nicer than the price I paid.

I picked this up after my old electric died and I’m glad I did because it’s simple to figure out and actually cleans better. The five modes are real, not gimmicky. I use sensitive in the morning when my gums feel puffy and the deep mode after dinner if I had popcorn. The pressure alert is subtle and kept me from scraping my gumline. Battery life surprised me too since I only charged once in nearly three weeks. Build feels solid and the travel case stopped it turning on in my duffel.

After a few weeks I noticed coffee stains fading even though I didn’t change toothpaste, just used the white mode every other night. The brush doesn’t splash as much as my old sonic one and it’s easier to clean under the ring. I keep the charger in a drawer and only pull it out every couple of weeks so the counter stays tidy. Customer support also replied fast when I asked about replacement heads. Overall very happy with it.
