How do they charge?

What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

Shipping was quick and the packaging was simple to recycle which I appreciated. Setup took about a minute, and I like that there is no app to fuss with. The included heads are actually useful since I ended up preferring firm on days I eat a lot of popcorn and soft after coffee. The travel case fits in my backpack without rattling around. Only tiny nitpick is the power button sits a bit high and I bumped it once, but not a deal breaker.

I’m a coffee and tea person so I wanted something that left my teeth smooth without hurting my gums. Using the sensitive mode with the soft brush head has been perfect and on weekends I try the firm head for a deeper clean. I keep this at my desk at work because I have braces and need to brush after lunch. The travel case fits in my tote and doesn’t pop open. The firm head gets around the brackets but I swap to medium at home. The pressure alert is helpful since I tend to push too hard on the wires. Only thing I’d change is the button could be a touch bigger for wet hands. Otherwise happy and my coworkers asked where I got it.
