What order should I use them in?

How do they charge?
The brush drops onto its magnetic dock. The flosser tops up over USB and runs for weeks per charge.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the drive systems, sensors, and the charging dock, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

Customer service was quick when I asked about replacement heads. They pointed me to a bundle and it shipped fast. The brush itself feels premium without any learning curve. We’re a family of four and we color coded the included heads with little bands. Works great and keeps the bathroom less cluttered because the case stores extra heads. My 9 year old likes the light and treats it like a game to not make it flash. Battery life has been excellent with all of us borrowing it on a road trip. Easy recommend.
