I’m not great with routines but the simple two minute cycle keeps me on track and the smooth vibration doesn’t make my head buzz. This device surprised me because I expected a lot of features I wouldn’t use, but it keeps things straightforward. The sonic action really lifts stuff between my teeth that my manual never touched.
