I keep it at my desk for lunchtime brushing on busy weeks and the battery still has not died. The case keeps it from touching my pens which is nice. I like the whitening style mode after salad with onions and it does the trick. No noise complaints from my cube neighbors.

If you grind your teeth at night and wake up with sore gums, this helps. The pressure sensor trained me to be gentler in a few days.
