Customer service helped me figure out the first charge since I’m impatient and tried to use it out of the box. They were quick and polite by chat. Now that it’s set up I rotate the heads weekly just to test and honestly all three feel good in different ways. My mouth feels refreshed in the morning without that fuzzy layer. Solid purchase.

My hygienist mentioned I was brushing too hard, so the real time pressure feedback was the selling point for me. After a month I notice less bleeding when flossing which I think is from not pressing so hard while brushing. I use medium head most days and firm when I eat sticky stuff. The charger is small and doesn’t wobble. Solid purchase overall.
