Customer support was helpful when I had a small question about the charging indicator blinking pattern. They replied same day and it turned out to be normal. Since then it’s been smooth sailing. I like the way the pressure alert only pops on when I really lean in. My old brand buzzed constantly and drove me nuts. Battery life has been excellent and the head pops off easily for cleaning. I have sensitive gums and usually dread brushing at night but the gentle mode on this brush has been kind. I like that I can bump it up to a stronger setting after eating popcorn or something sticky. The pressure light is simple and the vibration changes when I mash too hard which keeps me honest. Packaging was clean and not a lot of plastic which I appreciated. Overall feels like a solid daily tool not a gadget I have to manage.
