I bought this after my hygienist told me I was brushing too hard. The pressure sensor is the star for me since it nudges me to ease up without annoying beeps. I grind at night and my gums can be tender in the morning. Using the sensitive mode with the soft head has made mornings easier, and if I push too hard the light blinks and I back off without thinking. Took it on a camping trip and the battery still had juice on day 10. Only thing I changed was lowering the intensity at first, then moving up once I got used to it.
