Shipping was quick and everything was packed neatly with a clear little guide. I like that it is cordless because our bathroom only has one outlet and it is always full. I keep it in my gym bag and the case keeps the brush from touching my shoes which is a weird pet peeve. After protein shakes the deep clean mode cuts through that sticky feeling. It rinses off easy and dries fast which I didn’t expect. The pressure light is a nice safety net when I’m rushing. Only small gripe is the button is a little sensitive when I’m packing it.
