Got this after my old brand raised prices on heads. These heads are reasonably priced and I like that it came with soft, medium, and firm to try. Medium won for me. I have braces and food gets trapped in the oddest places, but this device really shakes stuff loose without hurting my cheeks. I started using the medium head and it glides around the brackets better than I expected. The travel case is actually nice plastic not flimsy, so I toss it in my backpack for class. I get through two weeks on a charge which is plenty, and cleaning around the wire is less of a chore now.
