Because they clean different things. Bristles handle surfaces, the water jet handles the gaps and the gumline. Run both and you cover the whole mouth, and the bundle costs less than picking them up one at a time.
Brush the full two minutes with AuraOne first, then finish with sixty seconds of WaveOne to flush out what the brush loosened.
The brush charges over USB C with the cable in the box. The flosser charges over USB C too, with its own cable in the box.
Both handles, the motors, the batteries, and the electronics, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

I’m not big on complicated gadgets, so I was happy this one is just click and go. The built in timer pulses every 30 seconds and keeps me from rushing. After two weeks I notice less staining along the gumline where I usually miss. I did reach out to support to ask about replacement heads and they replied the same day with links, so that was reassuring. For the price, it’s doing exactly what I wanted.

After two weeks the feeling after brushing is closer to what I get after a cleaning. I rotate between whitening and clean modes depending on coffee days. The firm head is strong but not scratchy, and the timer pulses nudged me to stay on each quadrant longer. I used to push hard and the light snaps me out of it. Battery life is excellent and the cable is easy to stash.

After two months I can say it’s holding up great. The timer pulses help me not rush the back molars, which I used to skip when I’m tired. I used the polish mode before a wedding and my teeth actually looked brighter in photos. The pressure sensor taught me to let the brush do the work. Battery life is excellent and the charger doesn’t take a weird adapter which is nice when traveling.

Customer service was great when I had a small question about charging. They replied same day and it turned out I just hadn’t clicked the handle all the way on the base. Since then it’s been smooth. The timer helps me slow down and makes the whole mouth feel evenly cleaned. I switch to polish mode before events and it seems to brighten a bit. It’s not loud and doesn’t splash everywhere.

I was nervous to switch from my old electric because of all the fancy settings I never used. This one is simpler but still lets me choose a gentler mode on sore days and a stronger one when I need a deeper clean. The timer pulses help me move around my mouth evenly and I actually finish two minutes now. Took it on a short business trip in the included case and nothing got messy. Solid purchase.

I have sensitive gums so I started on the gentlest setting and it felt super smooth, no sting. After a week I tried the deeper clean mode and could really feel it working along the back molars. The built in timer and tiny pauses help me move to different areas without thinking, which is perfect when I’m sleepy. My partner borrowed it with the extra head and immediately wanted one too. Charging is simple and the battery hasn’t dipped yet.

I drink a lot of tea so stains build up fast and I was looking for something that didn’t feel aggressive. This toothbrush has a clear step up in cleaning compared to my manual one and even my old electric. The timer pulses keep me moving around my mouth and the pressure alert is not annoying. I do wish the heads were labeled a bit bigger, but swapping them is easy. Battery performance has been excellent.
