I’m not a gadget person so I liked that there’s no app to mess with. Out of the box it came with three brush heads and I tried them all, landing on medium most days. The handle has a nice weight and doesn’t rattle like my last sonic brush. The timer pulses are subtle and the pressure alert prevented that rough feeling I used to get. Only tiny nit is the mode labels are small, but after a week I know them by feel.

After a month of use my gums feel less tender and I don’t dread brushing after coffee.
