Bought this for my college kid who kept forgetting to replace brush heads. The box came with soft, medium, and firm so no excuses. Been using this device for six weeks and I’m impressed. I start with a quick pass on deep clean then switch to gentle for the gum line, which sounds extra but it takes the same time thanks to the timer. I charge it every two weeks and it has not died on me yet. The handle grip feels secure even with wet hands. Only thing I wish is a darker color option, but the performance is solid.
