After six months with a cheaper sonic brush that died, I gave this one a shot. The difference in build quality is clear, and the vibration feels smoother, not buzzy. I like how it doesn’t fling toothpaste everywhere if I start it after it’s in my mouth. The travel case is sturdy with a little click that keeps it shut in my backpack. I read a few reviews before buying and honestly the customizable modes are what sold me. I like polish mode before video calls because it leaves everything slick, then I use gentle at night when I’m tired. The handle has a nice weight so it doesn’t feel cheap, and the bristles on the medium head hit the gumline just right. After a month my gums don’t bleed at all and the coffee stains on my front teeth look lighter. Worth it.

This device became part of my nighttime routine with my audiobook and face mask. I like that it pulses to remind me to move to the next section so I don’t zone out and brush the same spot forever. I threw it in my carry on without the charger and the battery still made it through a 10 day trip with morning and night use. The case kept the spare head clean and easy to find.
