How do they charge?
The brush drops onto its magnetic dock. The flosser tops up over USB and runs for weeks per charge.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the drive systems, sensors, and the charging dock, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

I bought it for my dad who tends to press like he’s scrubbing a pan, and the light cue really helped him. He likes the basic clean mode and refuses to mess with fancy stuff, yet still gets a nicer result. He said his gums don’t get sore anymore. Charging once every couple weeks is easy for him, and the extra heads mean we didn’t have to order anything right away.
