Ordered it during a sale and shipping was quick, came in tidy packaging. Setup took a minute, I just clicked on the head and started with the default mode. The pressure light blinked a lot at first but after a week I barely trigger it which feels like progress. My teen borrowed it and asked for his own because the gums didn’t bleed for once. We’re both impressed with the battery lasting through multiple charges of our phones dying but not this thing.

Cleans fine but the light on the pressure sensor is a bit bright at 6am and kind of shines in the mirror. Also the travel case latch feels stiff the first few opens. Minor stuff but I noticed.

My husband and I share the handle with different heads and labels, works fine for us. He presses too hard so the pressure indicator pops on for him more than me and it actually changed his habit. The deep clean mode is nice after barbecue nights, while I like sensitive when my gums feel iffy. Charging is not a big production and the battery keeps going a long time. Packaging was simple and recyclable which I appreciated.
