Customer service answered a quick question about replacement heads within an hour, which was nice. The brush itself is straightforward, a single button to cycle modes, and the battery indicator is clear. This fits my small bathroom life. I used to skip flossing because the string hurt and I was tired. Now I just fill it, click level 2, and do a lap around my mouth in like a minute. I’ve been using this device for about a month and the routine is way easier now. I start on the daily setting in the morning, then switch to the softer mode at night when my gums feel tender.
