What order should I use them in?

How do they charge?
The brush drops onto its magnetic dock. The flosser tops up over USB and runs for weeks per charge.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the drive systems, sensors, and the charging dock, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

My daughter has braces and I was looking for something that cleans well without feeling harsh. The included soft head and the sensitive setting have been perfect for her, and I use the firm head on my own. We both like the little quad timer pulse, makes it simple to cover everything. The travel case came in handy during her soccer tournaments, kept everything clean in a messy duffel. After a month our mouths genuinely feel fresher in the morning.

I commute a lot and the case has survived the bottom of my backpack. The brush head cover stays on and nothing smells musty. I mostly use medium mode and it feels consistent every time. Charging once a couple weeks is fine. For the money it feels solid.
