I keep this in the bathroom and a spare head in the travel case for work overnights. The firm brush is good if I ate barbecue and feel gunky, but most days the standard setting is enough. Pressure light taught me to go lighter which weirdly made my teeth feel cleaner. Shipping took five days, not bad. After a month, no issues with the motor or charging.

Bought it for my college kid and ended up getting one for myself after trying it during a visit. The medium head feels balanced and doesn’t flick water everywhere like our old brush. I didn’t read the manual and still figured out all five modes in a minute. After six weeks the battery indicator finally blinked which is better than I expected. Only small gripe is I wish the travel case had a tiny spot for toothpaste but it protects the handle really well.
