I bought this after my old electric brush died mid trip, and the included travel case is what sold me. The sonic cleaning is strong but not harsh, and the soft head was perfect while my gums were a bit sore. I like that the pressure light nudges me to ease up. I switched from a basic manual brush and the difference was obvious in a few days. My gums used to feel tender, but using the sensitive mode with the soft head has been really comfortable. The pressure sensor blinks when I get carried away which I honestly needed. Battery life is great so far, I charged it once and it’s still going after two weeks. It fits neatly in the travel case and doesn’t rattle around which I appreciate.

I emailed support about which head to start with because my gums are a bit tender and they replied the same day with tips. Ended up using the soft head for a week then moved to medium and I like that combo. The motor sound is low and not annoying early in the morning. Pressure indicator taught me to lighten up and my sensitivity has gone down. For the price and features it fits my routine really well.
