Shipping was quick and the packaging was basic but neat which I appreciate. Out of the box it had some charge so I tried it right away and the vibrations felt smooth not harsh. I like swapping between the soft and medium heads depending on coffee days and it actually reaches behind my molars better than my last brush. The charger is compact so it fits on our tiny bathroom shelf. After two weeks my gums look less red and I’m brushing without thinking about it.

I use sensitive when my gums feel tender and deep clean after coffee. The handle is comfortable, though a slightly tackier grip would be nice when my hands are wet.
