I recommended this to my mom who avoids flossing because it hurts. She actually uses the lowest setting every day now, and says it’s the first time her gums do not throb. I tried the highest setting and it’s strong but still controlled, not like a fire hose. The on off button is placed where my thumb naturally rests. Cleaning and drying the reservoir takes a minute and keeps it from getting funky.

I grind my teeth and have a permanent retainer which traps stuff, so I needed something more than floss picks. This does the trick. I start on three and pulse along the wire and it clears everything out, especially after salads with those tiny seeds. It’s compact, feels well made, and the battery life is better than I expected. My breath stays fresher longer too.

Took this on a camping trip with limited outlets and it still had battery by the time we got back. I like that it remembers the last pressure setting so I just turn it on and go. The tank holds enough for a thorough rinse, though sometimes I top it off for an extra pass if I ate popcorn. My hygienist complimented me on less tartar at my six month visit. That pretty much sold me.
