My teen has braces and always left food stuck around the brackets. We added this to the bathroom and now it is the first thing he uses after dinner. He keeps it on level 3 while I use level 2 because my gums are sensitive. The rotating nozzle is the key since we can reach the back easily without twisting our wrists. After a month there is a lot less bleeding when brushing.
