Switched from a battery powered drugstore brush and the difference is obvious. My teeth feel smooth along the backs where plaque loves to stick, and my breath is better in the mornings. It cleans fine but the vibration feels a bit buzzy to me and the mode button is easy to tap by accident while brushing. The case is nice though and battery is decent, I just wish the handle was a tiny bit lighter. Probably keeping it but not wowed.

I asked customer support about which head to start with after a crown and they answered in a few hours with clear advice. I used the soft head for a week then switched to medium and it was smooth. The cleaning modes are easy to cycle and it remembers the last one which saves me time at 6 am. The battery life is the best part for me I forget where the charger even is because it just keeps going.
