Packaging was simple and inside was the unit, charger, extra tips, and a soft pouch. I appreciated that the instructions were clear with pictures. The first time I used it I spilled a little but by day two I could do it one handed while my toddler asked me a million questions. Cleaner gumline and less flossing guilt.

I used to own a big countertop flosser that hogged space. This one is much smaller but still strong enough to clear out seeds after my salads. I like the clicky feel when you rotate the tip because it helps me aim. No leaks so far and easy to wipe dry. Happy with the purchase and my breath seems better in the morning.

I switched from a very cheap spin brush and the difference was obvious on the first day. This device leaves my teeth feeling polished without feeling too buzzy on my gums. I mostly use the gentle mode in the morning and the deeper setting at night when I have more time. The pressure light is actually helpful because I tend to press hard, and now my gums look less red. After getting a crown my dentist told me to water floss around it. This product has a gentle mode that does not make the area sore and a stronger one that blasts out popcorn hulls. The reservoir is enough for one go which I like since it keeps me from overdoing it. Build quality seems good and the button is easy to hit with wet hands.

I bought it after reading a forum thread and was worried it would be too fancy to bother with. Turns out it is straightforward. Power button and mode button are separate so I do not change settings by accident. The soft head is great when I have mouth ulcers and the firm one when I feel lazy and need a boost. Battery life has been excellent.
