Customer support was kind when I asked about replacement heads. They pointed me to a subscription option but didn’t push it which I appreciate. The medium head feels just right and the polish mode before bed has become my small ritual. The handle rinses clean without gunk around the seam which used to drive me nuts on my last brush.
