I got this for my partner who has sensitive teeth, and we share it with different heads. Colors on the heads make it easy to tell whose is whose. The modes are labeled clearly and the sound isn’t too loud. The first charge lasted us almost three weeks for two people. It cleans fine but the mode lights are kind of tiny so I squint in the morning. Also the case latch is a bit stiff, not a big deal, just mildly annoying.

My teenager and I share the handle with different heads and it’s been easy. She likes the soft head and I’m on the firm for coffee stains. The cleaning feels thorough without that buzzy numb feeling I used to get. We keep the charger in a drawer and pop it on maybe every 10 days. The only nitpick is the mode button could be a bit grippier when my hands are wet.

Customer support answered a simple question about replacement heads fast and friendly. The device itself feels sturdy without being heavy. I mostly use the third mode and swap to gentle if my gums feel touchy. After a month I feel less plaque at the gum line when I floss. Only small wish is a darker color option to hide toothpaste marks.
