What order should I use them in?

How do they charge?
The brush drops onto its magnetic dock. The flosser tops up over USB and runs for weeks per charge.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Both handles, the drive systems, sensors, and the charging dock, for as long as you own them. Heads and nozzles wear out by design, so those are consumables.

I messaged customer service about how to rotate the nozzle and they replied same day with a short video which was nice. Once I figured it out the angles made more sense and I could clean behind my last tooth. Levels 1 and 2 are gentle for mornings and 5 is what I use after corn on the cob. The unit stands sturdy and is not top heavy. Overall super pleased with the performance.

Our household has two and we color coded the heads. The kids actually like the buzz and the little pause that tells them to move sections. Battery hasn’t run down yet in two weeks of shared use which is impressive. We tossed the charger in the drawer because we barely need it. Happy with this purchase.
